The wider world is complex and there are may pieces which must fall into place when, for example, launching a new health concept. We have succeeded in bringing along with us plenty of experience – a form of security in knowledge. Our motto has always been to dare to try things out, but to do it on a small scale and to make any possible mistakes as cheaply as possible.
As a small player from an international market view Skånemejerier has to be quicker, more knowledgeable and more highly creative than our competitors. We must think differently and not be hypnotised by the traditional dairy market to the exclusion of all else, but find unconventional solutions - ideally together with other players on the market.
